One or more staff members will visit your site and work with you to assess what environmental, health and safety issues affect your business. Does your organization have all the appropriate safety programs in place? We will review training requirements and discuss permit and regulatory reporting responsibilities. This assessment is particularly designed for those who are not familiar with or have no in-house staff to deal with such issues. An action plan and guidance in accomplishing agreed needs will be provided. OSHA, EPA and DOT requirements are prominent in this assessment.
Hazard Communication Development
The most common OSHA citations center around the requirements found in this regulation,
such as MSDSs, labels, training and written plans. Nazdar Consulting Services staff
can assist your organization in developing appropriate written plans, designing
training and associated tasks. On-site "train the trainer" programs are also available
to develop your own staff in creating and maintaining these programs.
Hazardous Materials Training (DOT)
Hazmat training must be provided to all employees involved in the shipping, receiving
or packaging of hazardous materials; this also includes waste disposal shipments.
Nazdar Consulting Services can provide training in one or all modes of transportation
specific to the printing industry and your operations. Programs can be held either
at your facility or at another designated locale.
Material Safety Data Sheet Management
Allow Nazdar to provide a much more efficient and convenient method for tracking
your endless stacks of MSDSs. Software and maintenance programs can be customized
to your specific needs.
