First Time installation

This download will take some time (126Mb) but it is required if you need to

install on a new PC that does not have SQL loaded. It will also install Color

Port 1.5.4 and an Icon for the NCS On-Line Support System.

Upgrade to the latest version

This download (11Mb) will just replace the Data Capture System and not install

any other pre-requisites. If you have a working system but want the latest

version this is the download you need.
