Do you remember what you did six months ago? How about three months ago? We didn’t think so. The PEDS

Notable Incident Form
Catch someone being good! A Notable Incident Form (or a “NIF” as it is commonly referred to) is a great way to recognize when a fellow employee or a direct report exhibits “notable” behaviors or results. A NIF can recognize either positive or negative performance, and if it’s negative, it can be delivered to the associate in conjunction with a coaching and counseling session. Notable Incident Forms are maintained in the system and can easily be referenced on the performance evaluation form.
Corrective Action Form
At times certain employees veer off track and need to be brought back in line with their performance. The Corrective Action Form is a great way to steer you through the progressive discipline process while maintaining all performance records in one system. Whether it’s an Official Warning or a Final Warning, the Corrective Action Form in the PEDS
System is a simple way in which managers and Human Resources can partner to ensure the forms are documented appropriately and consistently throughout the organization.
