Headcount Reporting
The PEDS
System has a report feature that enables you to track your active headcount, including open positions. By tracking headcount in this system, you can eliminate redundant data entry and easily process real-time reports. The headcount report was designed by HR professionals who use this data to monitor budgeted headcount. If your company desires different criteria to be included in the report, we can discuss our customizable reporting capabilities in an effort to meet your unique needs.
Organizational Charts
Our organizational chart feature will make you a hero the next time you receive a request to prepare an organizational chart. It is a simple process of selecting the criteria you want to include on your chart (company, division, department, location, etc.). Within the HR department, you can use the organizational charts to visually see how groups look, and you have the ability to make changes to an associate’s record from that location.

Overall Status
This feature allows your supervisors to see pertinent performance information for each of their direct reports including Performance Reviews of previous years, Notable Incidents, Training Records and Journal Entries. Having this comprehensive history available in one screen enhances the supervisor’s ability to complete an informed, detailed and accurate Performance Review.
